Deaerator is a device and a process in which insoluble oxygen and carbon dioxide gases are removed from water or incoming product. 
The use of an Deaerator reduces the amount of insoluble oxygen in water and carbon dioxide and ultimately prevents possible corrosion.
The routine and basis of the Deaerator work is based on this important rule that at the saturation temperature, oxygen and nitrogen gases in the product are separated from it with the lowest pressure and they will not be able to enter the equipment when they leave the Deaerator. This law is known as Harry Dalton's law.
