Beverage Production Line

The beverage production line can be designed and manufactured in two ways, batch and continuous, in both methods, first in the mixing tanks, the syrup formula is produce by mixing ingredients such as water, sugar or fructose, flavor , seasoning , aroma, fruit concentrate, food grade color , etc. 
(In case of adding powdered products, we use tri-blender) 
Then we make the beverage by batch or inline method to the final formula with the determined amount of brix and send the formulated drink to the packaging unit after pasteurization. 
We use a carbonator for carbonated drink and a fine pulp filler to pulped drink.
